How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those last-minute celebrations.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your pop-up card. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Can I include a personalized message inside the card?

Yes! We offer a personalization service where we can print your custom message and even a photo inside the card and mail it directly to your recipient.

Do I need special postage to mail a Lovepop card?

Most of our standard 5x7 cards require extra postage due to their unique weight and thickness. We recommend checking with your local post office or using two standard stamps.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

Are Lovepop cards sustainably made?
